About this collection and its classifications

Research includes scholarly articles, books, empirical reports, surveys, reviews and clearly labelled coverage of research findings. Commentary includes editorials, opinion, policy analysis, expert interviews and interpretive features. A source’s presence here does not establish peer review or endorse its conclusions.

Selection follows digital divide relevance and accessible source evidence. Employment listings, unrelated results, generic directories and unverified links are excluded. Syndicated and duplicate versions are grouped under one item, with alternative source links where available.

Topics are browsing associations drawn from the site’s codebook-grounded theme rules. They may overlap. Some items discuss documented initiatives; related project records are linked where identified. This collection’s totals are separate from project and initiative totals.

Publication dates are verified from source metadata or visible dates where available. Undated sources remain labelled “Undated”; receiving an alert in 2026 does not establish a 2026 publication year. Search windows span January 2020 through November 3, 2026. The October 30 review screened nine alerts dated October 23–30 and added ten source-verified research and commentary records; original publication dates are retained, including undated and earlier material. A separate October 23 daily attachment added four commentary records; the review log records additions, existing coverage and held leads. The November 3 review screened five newer alerts dated October 31–November 3, covering 163 linked mentions, and added 12 source-verified records. Earlier publication dates remain intact, including April 2025 UNDP material surfaced in new alerts. Review coverage is selective; inaccessible or insufficiently documented leads are excluded from collection counts. For the 2023 search, matching alerts available in Gmail cover November 29–December 31 only; no matching January–November 28 alerts were found, so full-year alert coverage is not established. The 2022 intake searched January 1–December 31, 2022. Available original alerts cover January–February and May–October, ending October 22; no matching March–April or November–December alerts were found. Full-year coverage is not established. Forwarded bundle dates are not used as original alert receipt dates. Inaccessible sources and items with insufficient substantive evidence remain held and are excluded from collection totals. The 2021 intake searched January 1–December 31, 2021. Available original alerts cover January–April and July–December; no matching May–June alerts were found. Full-year coverage is not established. Original alert dates are retained separately from forwarding dates and source publication dates. Inaccessible sources and items with insufficient substantive evidence remain held and do not contribute to collection totals. The 2020 intake searched January 1–December 31, 2020. Available original alerts recovered from forwarded bundles cover November 4–December 31 only; no matching January–November 3 alerts were found. Full-year coverage is not established. All 61 separately stored original attachments were recovered. Original alert dates are retained separately from forwarding dates and source publication dates. Inaccessible sources and items with insufficient substantive evidence remain held and do not contribute to collection totals. Coverage reflects verified additions, rather than every research or commentary link in those alerts. Some 2020–2025 source pages could not be retrieved; these remain held for verification and do not contribute to collection totals.
